Happy supports the organization in several ways but most importantly with the education projects. Due to her knowledge of Ghanaian education system she is able to organize efficient help for shool kids. She oversees placements of volunteers in local schools. Helps volunteers to get involved in shools everyday life, prepare for lessons, etc.

Women empowerment is dear to her heart. She believes it is time for the girls/women to rise up, fight for themselves and become self reliant instead of being seen as liabilities to the men.
